I spent 8k with the promise to guarantee a closing within my 6months. Nothing closed. Nothing stuck! I asked for at least my 2k back and they have since went ghost on me. Before I complained they would respond. After I’ve heard nothing

Huge waste of money! All the leads are BS and the ads are trash, I dropped 8k and never got 1 closing and when I tried to get money back from the guarantee I was given a ton of reasons as to why they do t do money back but will work for “free” until I get what was promised

They should just market as a coaching program/realtor networking group instead of lead generation…I guess the coaching is supposed to be adding value… it wasn’t bad coaching at all, but the main product (leads that convert) has to be as promised…The leads is why we signed up… they have to be aware that there’s a lot of unsatisfied customers… so they need to do some damage control with refunds. And either get better at ads or stop promising what they’re not delivering

I keep losing sleep over all of this stress. When you tell a company that you do not want to be a part of it and request a refund and then instead they charge you more money with no explanation and a refusal to return calls or emails it’s honestly draining.
